We Clone You is a leading virtual assistant company that specializes in providing virtual assistance to empower businesses of all sizes with world-class virtual assistance. We are currently looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant with expertise in CRMs, automations and integrations to join our client’s team and take their operations to the next level.
In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including:
Support clients with tasks related to CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
Set up and manage automation and integrations using tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), or native platform integrations.
Provide technical assistance with tools like Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Forms, Calendar, etc.).
Assist with troubleshooting, workflow optimization, and tech stack alignment.
(Bonus) Contribute to tasks involving AI tools or emerging tech if applicable.
Hands-on experience with at least one major CRM platform (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, GoHighLevel).
Strong understanding of integration tools (Zapier, Make/Integromat, Pabbly, etc.).
Proficiency with Google Suite / Google Workspace.
Quick learner with a problem-solving mindset and strong attention to detail.
Tech-savvy and able to troubleshoot platform issues independently.
(Bonus) Familiarity or interest in AI tools, APIs, or low-code platforms.
Work from home;
Payment in dollars per working hour (40-hour week);
Starting salary between 4$ - 12$ per hour depending on your experience, with room for raises based on performance;
