We develop clinical guidelines by impartially reviewing scientific literature and data, integrating these with our software and analytics. Thousands of hospitals, most U.S. health plans, and many state and federal government agencies license our solutions.
Our offerings include Treatment Guidelines, Disability Duration Guidelines, Evidence Based Medicine, Claim Risk/Reserving Benchmarks, Cost Modeling, Predictive analytics, and impairment determination criteria. For example, Indicia Synapse reportedly reduced utilization review time to 78 seconds and unnecessary payer denials by 56% for a major hospital system. Another product, Indicia Focus, protected $44 million in hospital revenue in a sample study.

Team & Culture
We have between 201 and 500 employees. Since March 2020, almost all of us work remotely or in a hybrid model. Our headquarters are in Seattle’s Columbia Center, and we have a second office in San Diego. The new Seattle office is designed for collaboration and innovation.
