Job Description
As Junior Commercial Advisor, from our offices in Barcelona HQ, you´ll guide prospective students from the first contact to program booking, delivering personalized educational solutions and ensuring a smooth, satisfying experience.
What you’ll do:
- Contact and follow up on leads generated by our Marketing team.
- Identify customer needs and recommend the most suitable products while keeping the CRM (Salesforce) updated.
- Manage the customer journey through to program booking and handover to the Customer Service team.
Qualifications
Skills & Experience You’d Bring
- Native-level Italian and strong English; additional languages are a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and any CRM system.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive results
- Fast learner, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- University degree or diploma in a related field

Conditions
Permanent contract – Full time- (Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM)
Hybrid work model after the trial period.
Competitive Gross salary + very competitive commission system
Start date: ASAP
