About the Project
As a Staff Fullstack Java & JavaScript Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping and scaling our technical solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with product and platform teams, ensuring that business requirements translate into robust, high-performance applications. Beyond coding, your impact will extend to system optimization, architectural decisions, and team support—helping us deliver world-class technology to our clients.
What your day-to-day will look like
✅ Partner with technology leaders and product managers to translate goals into scalable technical solutions.
✅ Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end applications using Java (or Golang) on the backend and JavaScript on the frontend.
✅ Drive architecture and design decisions, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.
✅ Leverage AWS expertise to administer resources, build automations, and optimize workflows.
✅ Support engineering teams by developing and maintaining internal applications that power operations.
✅ Continuously improve code, databases, and system resources for stability and performance.
✅ Perform validation tests, performance assessments, and generate detailed reports with actionable insights.
✅ Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high development standards.
What makes you the ideal candidate
✨ Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
✨ 8+ years as a Fullstack Developer.
✨ 6+ years of hands-on Java experience.
✨ 4+ years of JavaScript experience.
✨ 3+ years working with AWS services (resource management, automation, workflow optimization).
✨ 3+ years of performance optimization (code, databases, resources).
✨ Proven ability to lead architectural and design decisions.
✨ Strong background in validation testing, performance assessments, and metrics reporting.
✨ Deep understanding of software development lifecycle & agile methodologies.
✨ Experience with Golang is a plus.
✨ Advanced English level – you will be working with US clients, so effective communication is key.
