We founded Believe Solutions S.R.L. in 2018 in Cochabamba, Bolivia, to build and deploy nearshore remote engineering teams. We create complete technology solutions for our partners. Our services include a Project Blueprint, where we analyze technical needs and timelines, and a Technical Roadmap, which outlines detailed action plans for all stakeholders. We also monitor project deliverables and team dynamics to find the best talent.\n\nTo build high-performing remote engineering teams, we source talent from Latin America, drawing from a network of over 10,000 applicants and top university graduates. Candidates go through rigorous assessments, and we only extend offers to the top 2%. We evaluate engineering skills against a clear competency framework. Our data-driven matching ensures a high success rate by considering both technical and cultural needs. The assessment process includes interviews for English and communication skills, in-depth technical evaluations, real project performance tests (1-3 weeks), and an emotional intelligence assessment covering problem-solving, communication, creativity, and teamwork.\n\nWe have over 20 years of experience building development teams, delivering more than 100 projects, and currently managing over 20 ongoing projects. Our staff includes over 150 professionals, and our network has 20,000 talents. We’ve completed projects in over 15 countries. We specialize in custom software for various industries, including Fintech, Education, Logistics, ERP, Healthcare and Wellness, and Sports. We use Agile methodologies and manage the entire project lifecycle, from design to development, testing, and deployment. Our talent pool has over 200 programmers and computer scientists.\n\nWe use modern, scalable, and decoupled architectures like Clean, Hexagonal, and Domain-Driven Design, documented with UML and C4 models. We implement containerization, orchestration, and CI/CD pipelines with built-in security. Our technical stacks include Java, Golang, Python, JavaScript, Next.js, TypeScript, Sanity CMS, Spring, microservices, LLM libraries, AI third-party services, and AWS services.
