About the project
As a Senior Fullstack Java & JavaScript Engineer, you will collaborate closely with product and platform teams, turning requirements into scalable technical solutions. This role also involves improving system performance, supporting team workflows, and ensuring high-quality code standards.
How your day-to-day work will look like
✅ Work with technology leaders and the product team to understand departmental goals and requirements, translating them into effective technical solutions.
✅ Design, develop, and maintain high-quality full stack applications using Java or Golang for backend services and JavaScript for frontend functionalities.
✅ Leverage your experience in platform teams to administer AWS resources, create robust automations, and enhance internal process flows.
✅ Provide comprehensive support to the entire engineering team by developing and maintaining the internal applications that drive our operations.
✅ Identify opportunities for code, database, and resource optimization, and implement improvements to ensure system stability.
✅ Conduct validation tests and performance assessments, generate detailed systems reports with metrics, and offer recommendations for continuous improvement.
✅ Participate in code reviews and deliver constructive feedback to maintain high software development standards, ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices.
This would make you the ideal candidate
✨ Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
✨ 5+ Years of experience working as a Fullstack developer.
✨ 5+ Years of experience working with Java.
✨ 3+ Years of experience working with JavaScript.
✨ 3+ Years of experience working with AWS services, including resource management, automation, and workflow.
✨ 3+ Years of experience working on optimizing code, databases, and system resources for performance and stability.
✨ Experience with validation testing, performance assessments, and metrics reporting.
✨ Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
✨ Experience with Golang is a plus.
✨ Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
