Job description
We are seeking an experienced Architect with deep expertise across industrial, residential, and commercial projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages tight deadlines like a pro, and adapts quickly to constructive feedback to deliver top-tier results.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop architectural plans for industrial, residential, and commercial builds
Prepare detailed drawings, models, and project documentation using AutoCAD and Revit
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals
Review project requirements and translate concepts into functional and innovative architectural solutions
Conduct site reviews, assessments, and design revisions based on project progress and feedback
Ensure all plans comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines
Respond promptly to feedback and adjust designs or documentation as needed
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
Minimum of 5 years of architectural experience across industrial, residential, and commercial sectors
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple high-priority projects
Strong communication skills with the ability to take and apply feedback effectively
Ability to work in a fast-moving, high-performance environment
Amenable to work during U.S. business working hours
Work-from-home requirement:
Device: Personal computer with Intel Core i5 or higher, or AMD Ryzen 5 or higher
Memory & Storage: At least 16 GB RAM and 100 GB of free disk space
Internet: Wired connection with a minimum 50 Mbps download speed, plus a backup connection (e.g., mobile hotspot or prepaid Wi-Fi)
