We are a telecommunications company that delivers and manages network infrastructure services. This involves sourcing large-scale services like leased dark fiber, colocation, and bandwidth from third-party suppliers nationwide. We assess capacity requirements, understand contract terms, and deploy new technologies to markets and communities across the US.

We also develop and support Voice services, and build scalable Microservices APIs and infrastructure for Android, iOS, Web, and internal applications. This includes hands-on development for voice products, provisioning, and billing, along with end-to-end troubleshooting.

We are undergoing a digital transformation, shaping and maintaining AI-enabled back-office systems (OSS/BSS) to support our product, operations, and business objectives. We oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of our technology assets, which includes managing software licenses (inventory, renewals, audits) and hardware devices (selection, inventory, refreshes, and secure disposal).

We lead IT support operations for over 5,000 end-users across multiple locations, managing vendor relationships and performance against SLAs. Internally, we use data-driven insights for project controls to support construction and customer goals. We also manage inventory and fixed asset accounting, including month-end close and reporting.
