We are looking for an analytical, data-driven, highly organised, and people-oriented Operations Specialist to support our ride-hailing operations in Paraguay.

<strong>About the role</strong>

We’re looking for an Operations Specialist to join our Ride-hailing division in Paraguay, as part of the Driver Engagement team. You will play a key role in making an impact in people’s choice of transport today and growing our local operations. If you’re passionate about building communities, improving experiences, and helping drivers succeed, this is your opportunity to make a real impact!

<strong>Main tasks and responsibilities:</strong>

  • Driver Retention: Design and implement strategies to increase driver loyalty, improve satisfaction, and reduce churn.
  • Loyalty & Benefits Programs: Support and expand initiatives like Bolt Rewards, negotiating with suppliers and managing partnerships that deliver value to drivers.
  • Community Engagement: Strengthen connections with driver communities through events, workshops, and communication campaigns.
  • Service Quality: Monitor service performance, gather driver feedback, and collaborate on initiatives that improve ride quality and driver earnings.
  • Data Analytics: Use data to measure engagement program effectiveness, detect risks, and propose strategic improvements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Driver Growth, Vehicles, Marketing, Legal, and HQ teams to ensure driver engagement strategies align with business goals.

<strong>About you:</strong>

  • You have 2+ years of experience in operations, partner management, customer engagement, or strategy, ideally in tech, mobility, or consulting.
  • You are highly analytical and data-driven, with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (SQL, BI tools, or Python are a plus).
  • You are an excellent communicator and negotiator, with fluency in both Spanish and English.
  • You are detail-oriented, structured, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are empathetic and people-focused, capable of understanding driver needs and translating them into impactful programs.
  • You have a strong sense of ownership with a hands-on approach.
