We’re now hiring an Enterprise Customer Success Manager (EMEA) to own some of our most strategic, complex customer relationships. This role is critical to driving value realization, executive trust, global adoption, and long-term expansion across our largest enterprise accounts.

What You’ll Do
Lead Complex Enterprise Implementations
Own end-to-end delivery for new enterprise customers—from project kickoff through go-live.
Serve as the primary point of contact for implementation, guiding clients through technical setup, workflow design, integrations, and change management.
Build project plans, manage timelines, coordinate resources, and ensure delivery quality across multiple workstreams.
Facilitate requirements gathering, scoping, configuration, testing, and rollout.
Drive Technical Deployment Excellence
Collaborate closely with customer IT, data, and systems teams to deliver integrations, API configurations, and platform extensions.
Translate customer workflows into optimal Carv configurations and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture.
Identify and mitigate technical risks early, proactively troubleshooting issues and escalating when needed.
Validate usage readiness through testing, UAT sessions, and deployment planning.
Ensure Smooth Handover to Enterprise CSM
Prepare customers for long-term success by ensuring strong user adoption foundations, clear functional documentation, and a measurable value baseline.
Conduct a structured handover to the Enterprise Customer Success Manager, sharing project context, risks, growth opportunities, and success plans.
Establish a repeatable framework for delivery → success transitions that drive seamless customer experience.
Be the Enterprise Delivery Subject Matter Expert
Maintain a deep understanding of Carv’s architecture, data flows, integration patterns, and platform capabilities.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap priorities based on implementation learnings.
Contribute to the development of best practices, delivery playbooks, project templates, and technical documentation.
Support pre-sales conversations with technical expertise when needed.

Requirements
7+ years of experience leading enterprise SaaS implementations, technical onboarding, or delivery projects.
Strong background working with complex global enterprises and multi-stakeholder environments.
Demonstrated ability to manage integrations, APIs, SSO, and data workflows in collaboration with customer IT teams.
Exceptional project management skills: able to run multiple implementations simultaneously, on time and within scope.
Strong consultative and communication skills, with the ability to lead discovery workshops and executive updates.
Analytical and detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
Experience in recruitment tech, HR tech, workflow automation, or AI platforms is a strong plus.
Fluent English & Dutch (additional languages a bonus).
Comfortable being in the office 2 - 3 days a week.
