Role Summary
We are seeking a Product Analyst to help support and grow a product suite built on pharmacy claims, medical claims, and other healthcare data. In this role, you will develop industry-leading content, forecast revenue and patient trends for public equities in the biopharma and medtech sectors, and interface directly with clients to share insights and analyses. You will develop quarterly forecasting, lead client calls, manage data QC (ensuring data accuracy), contribute to new feature development, and help assess new healthcare datasets.
Your main responsibilities
- Develop and maintain quarterly forecasting for public equities in the pharma and biotech sectors
- Participate in client calls (initially shadowing experienced analysts, with the goal of ultimately leading these discussions)
- Generate industry-leading insights pertaining to trends in the healthcare economy
- Partner with the commercial team to manage client questions and requests
- Collaborate with engineers on data QC and new feature development
- Assist with assessing new potential datasets
We’re looking for someone with
- 2-4 years of experience in life sciences consulting; equity research, investment banking, or expert network experience with an industry focus on healthcare (ideally biopharma or medtech)
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, interpersonal)
- Capacity to handle multiple tasks and meet project deadlines
- Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment
- A proactive attitude, who is a hardworking and thoughtful team player
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Familiarity with SQL (this is a plus, but not required)
- Familiarity with Tableau or other data visualization software (this is a plus, but not required)

Salary
The annual base salary for this role is between $140,000 – $160,000 based on experience, with the opportunity for a performance-based bonus, company equity, 401(k) matching, work-from-home flexibility, and subsidized health benefits.
