Customs Support Group (CSG) is Europe’s leading provider of customs services, operating across 12 countries. As part of our mission to deliver seamless customs solutions, we are undergoing a digital transformation to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our growing team and help drive key digital initiatives across the group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a focus on international collaboration and cross-cultural communication.

The Project Manager will work out of Poland and will be responsible for managing and coordinating group-wide projects across 3 countries. This individual will oversee initiatives related to process optimization, Salesforce-based platforms, data consolidation, and other digital transformation efforts. While not expected to be highly technical, the ideal candidate should have strong project management skills and experience managing cross-border teams. Familiarity with Salesforce, customs- or logistics software and data-related projects will be a plus.

Tasks:

Project Planning and Execution

Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation

Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams across multiple countries to ensure project objectives are met

Manage project scope, identifying and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle

Stakeholder Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the Central European Cluster

Facilitate effective communication between team members, management, and clients

Present project status reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders

Process Improvement

Identify opportunities for process optimization and standardization across countries

Implement best practices in project management methodologies, adapting them to suit the needs of international projects

Change Management, rollouts and adoption of digital initiatives

Lead change management initiatives related to project implementation

Develop and execute training programs to ensure smooth adoption of new processes or systems

Financial Management

Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within financial constraints

Prepare cost estimates and track project expenses across multiple countries Profile:

Required:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in an international context

  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMI, Agile)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment

  • Fluency in English both verbal and written; additional German is a plus

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and must be a self-starter

Preferred:

  • Experience with customs, logistics, or supply chain projects

  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems

  • Basic understanding of data management and analysis

  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification
