主な職務内容

Cybereason のカスタマーサクセスマネージャーは、クライアントにとっての 信頼できるアドバイザー として、当社のソリューションから最大の価値を引き出せるよう支援します。

  • ポストセールスの関係管理にとどまらず、戦略的パートナーとしてクライアントを支援する

  • プロダクトの導入推進と社内外のリソース調整を行い、顧客価値を実現する

  • エンタープライズおよび中小企業を対象に、約30~40社を担当するミッドタッチモデルを運用する

  • オンボーディング、製品アップグレード、機能トレーニングを含む一連のポストセールス活動を遂行する

  • プラットフォームユーザーからCレベルの意思決定者まで幅広い層と強固な関係を築く

  • 顧客ヘルススコアおよび更新リスクを管理し、リテンションと成長を推進する

  • 顧客の声を社内に届け、改善のためのフィードバックループを確立する

必要なスキル・資格

  • カスタマーサクセス、テクニカルアカウントマネジメント、営業開発、プロジェクトマネジメント等の顧客対応経験(2~4年以上)

  • サイバーセキュリティ領域の経験が望ましい(SaaS、エンタープライズテクノロジー経験者も歓迎)

  • 小規模から大規模まで幅広い顧客を対象としたポストセールスのプロジェクト管理経験

  • 経営層および技術担当者との信頼関係を築いた実績

  • 強いプロジェクトマネジメントスキルと顧客導入推進力

  • 明確で効果的なコミュニケーションスキル(必要に応じて「NO」と言える力)

  • Salesforce、Google Workspace、MS Office の知識

  • 急成長中のテックスタートアップでの成功経験があれば尚良し

  • 必要に応じて出張が可能であること(年間10%未満)

  • 日本語ネイティブレベル

  • 英語 ビジネス初級以上

  • 関東近辺にお住まいの方 尚良

Customer Success Manager – Job Description (English)

About Us

At Cybereason, our mission is simple:

To protect people everywhere from cyberattacks with the most advanced detection and response platform.

We started with endpoint detection and response, but today our solutions go far beyond—covering mobile, wearables, cars, and IoT. Since establishing Cybereason Japan in 2016, we have been growing rapidly. We are now looking for people who share our vision of a world free from the fear of cyberattacks.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Customer Success Managers at Cybereason act as trusted advisors to our clients, ensuring they get the most out of our solutions.

  • Go beyond post-sales account management to act as a true strategic partner

  • Drive adoption and align internal/external resources to deliver value

  • Manage a mid-touch delivery model with approximately 30–40 Enterprise and SME accounts

  • Handle onboarding, product upgrades, and feature training across the post-sales lifecycle

  • Build strong relationships with both platform users and C-level executives

  • Own customer Health Scores and renewal risk, ensuring retention and growth

  • Represent the customer internally and establish effective feedback loops

Skills & Qualifications Required

  • 2–4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Sales Development, or Project Management in a customer-facing role

  • Cybersecurity experience is highly desirable; SaaS/enterprise tech backgrounds will also be considered

  • Project management experience across a wide range of customers, from small businesses to large enterprises

  • Proven ability to build trust with both economic buyers and technical stakeholders

  • Strong project management skills and ability to drive adoption

  • Excellent communication skills (able to say “no” when necessary)

  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Google Workspace, and MS Office

  • Prior success in a high-growth tech startup environment is a strong plus

  • Ability to travel as needed (<10%)

  • Native-level Japanese

  • Business-level English (beginner or above)

  • Residence in the Kanto area is preferred
