Fundraise Up, founded in 2017, provides a digital fundraising platform for online giving to nonprofit organizations. We aim to boost online giving by increasing conversion rates, offering modern payment methods, and customizing the donor experience.

Our platform includes Checkout and Campaign Pages to optimize donations, pre-built UI Elements for website integration, and various payment options (cards, digital wallets, bank transfers, and non-cash). We use AI to suggest optimal donation amounts and help upgrade donors. The platform supports global fundraising with country-specific features and 25 language localizations, allowing us to engage with donors worldwide.

Fundraise Up ensures comprehensive security, fraud protection, and compliance to protect donor data. We offer scalability and dedicated enterprise support for high-volume giving events. Our platform integrates over 100 fundraising and marketing data points in real time with applications like Salesforce, Bonterra Everyaction, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Zapier, Stripe, Bloomerang, Google Analytics, Hubspot, Kindful, NEON CRM, Raiser Edge, PayPal, Gemini, Virtuous, Donor Perfect, Blackbaud CRM, Okta, and 360 MatchPro By Double The Donation.

Over 3,000 nonprofits globally use Fundraise Up, including organizations such as UNICEF USA, The Salvation Army UK, American Heart Association, CAFOD UK, Canadian Red Cross, Greater Good Charities, UNFPA, and International Justice Mission UK.

Fundraise Up has over 300 team members worldwide. Our headquarters are in Brooklyn, New York, specifically at Industry City, which serves as a collaborative hub for local, remote, and international teams. We maintain a creative and collaborative work environment.

While our product development often involves Russian-speaking teams, strong English communication (C1/B2+) is essential for documentation, stakeholder interaction, and collaboration with US business stakeholders and our globally distributed teams.

Our leadership team includes Peter (Co-founder & CEO), Anton (Co-founder), Yuriy (Co-founder), Anna (CFO), Allison (CPO), and Igor (CTO).

We offer a range of employee benefits, including 30 days off annually (15 vacation, 7 company holidays, 3 floating holidays, 5 sick days). We provide 100% paid telemedicine and offer home office setup assistance for furniture like an office chair, desk, and monitor.

Employees can receive 50% reimbursement for English learning courses (up to $1,000 annually), professional education (up to $1,500 annually), and gym or swimming pool access (up to $500 annually). Co-working spaces are reimbursed up to $250 monthly. Remote work is available, and we provide equity or stock options.

Health, dental, and vision insurance are covered 100% for employees, 80% for employees plus dependents, and 70% for employees plus family. Additional benefits include an FSA Spending Account, a 401(k) plan with company match, and 100% company-paid short-term disability, long-term disability, basic life insurance, and AD&D.
