We were founded in 2009 and operate in the software development industry. We provide an AI-first Operations Platform for real-time digital operations management and incident response. Our platform helps teams manage digital experiences by identifying issues and opportunities in real-time, leading to faster responses and preventing future problems. It’s called the Operations Cloud and includes AIOps, Automation, Incident Management, Customer Service Ops, and PagerDuty Advance, which uses generative AI to speed up critical operations. Our solutions help with incident management, modernizing operations centers, standardizing automation, improving customer experience operations, and ensuring digital operations resiliency, including for remote teams. Our platform integrates with over 700 tools. We serve over 34,000 paid and free customers, including many Fortune 500 companies, with over 1,000,000 users.
