Responsibilities
Execution (Primary Focus)
Solve smaller features and bugs.
Can handle being given exact instructions.
Enabling Others (Secondary Focus)
- Following existing practices to make sure work is tracked and communicated from inception until it is deployed on production.
Qualifications
Either have finished a technical education or have similar skill as a new grad from alternative sources of experience and knowledge.
Fast learner. Degrees and certificates aren’t a determining factor for us. Rather, we value your ability to care about your work and learn fast.
Communication and team culture are very important at Dispel. You’ll be joining a collaborative team where new ideas and contributions are encouraged. These criteria are soft, but just relax and be genuine.
Comfortable in one or more of: Python, TypeScript, NodeJS, Go, Rust.
Bonus Points
Comfortable with SQL.
Unit (Jest/Vitest) testing.

· Salary range for role: $100,000 - $118,000
