In the Data team, we turn information into intelligence. We model, organize, and analyze data to generate strategic insights that drive decision-making across EBANX. We’re naturally curious and guided by evidence. You will have the opportunity to work on a high-impact strategic project, helping to consolidate the People Data foundation, with room to propose innovative solutions, influence decisions, and grow in a global, flexible, and evolving environment.


Your day-to-day impact:

  • Define the product vision for People Data and build a solid foundation for scalable analytics and solutions.

  • Translate business needs into clear roadmaps with a direct impact on talent management and performance.

  • Work closely with data engineers and stakeholders, ensuring quality, prioritization, and clarity.

  • Apply Product Management practices (discovery, success metrics, backlog management) to the context of data and People Analytics.

  • Promote a data-driven culture and enable strategic, data-informed decision-making.

Must-haves to shine in this role:

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably with data products or People Analytics.

  • Ability to balance strategic vision and execution, translating complexity into clear roadmaps.

  • Advanced/Fluent English for interaction with international stakeholders and partners.

  • Autonomous, hands-on profile with strong ability to navigate complex environments.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience in People Analytics, HR Tech, or HR management systems.

  • Knowledge of data governance and data quality best practices.
