Role overview
We’re looking for a Business Analyst who will help Eleken bring clarity, structure, and data-driven decision-making across multiple business processes. Your main focus will be building visibility into our sales, outbound, design, and financial workflows, identifying patterns, and providing actionable insights that support growth and operational excellence.
You’ll work closely with C-Level leadershipand collaborate with the Marketing, Sales, Design, and Finance teams. This role is perfect for someone who loves digging into data, enjoys solving messy problems, and wants to build analytical processes from the ground up.

Requirements
What are your responsibilities?
Build a system of regular reports for the manager (once a week).
Compile analytics from different departments (marketing, sales, design, finance).
Automate or organize data (select tools and software).
Work with various data sources: collect, clean, and interpret data.
Recommend improvements across business processes based on data.
Identify trends, patterns, problems, and growth opportunities.
What are the preferred requirements for the role?
2+ years of experience in Business/Data Analysis or similar roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets (charts, formulas, data structuring).
Experience analyzing business processes across multiple departments.
Experience building dashboards and reports.
Ability to work autonomously, investigate data, and propose improvements.
English — B1+.
Background in economics, finance, or business analytics is a plus.
