Who we are
Eleken was founded to improve the design services of SaaS companies. We focus on delivering high-quality, user-centered designs that help businesses scale and succeed. Unlike traditional agencies, we work on a subscription-based model, providing dedicated design teams that seamlessly integrate into our clients’ workflows.
We’re launching an educational internship for beginner UI/UX designers who want to gain hands-on experience, improve skills under the guidance of mentors, and understand real product design workflows.
Requirements
Who we’re looking for
Beginner UI/UX designers (0–1 year of experience)
Completed design courses or self-study with a portfolio of training works
Understanding of design principles, wireframes, and prototypes
Knowledge of Figma (Photoshop/Illustrator will be a plus)
A high level of written and spoken English is a must (B2-C1)
Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn
What you will learn
How to approach UI/UX design tasks from idea to delivery
Practical design skills through tasks simulating real-world projects
How to prepare wireframes, prototypes, and UI layouts in Figma
Best practices for usability, accessibility, and multi-platform design
How to work in a team environment with structured feedback
Your tasks during the internship
Actively participate in all internship activities
Complete assigned tasks and deliver them on time
Communicate regularly with your mentor and the team
Be open to feedback and apply it to your work
Share your progress, challenges, and goals transparently
Interview Stages:
