We are a SaaS UI/UX design agency founded in 2015 and based in Kyiv, Ukraine. We use a subscription-based retainer model.

We specialize in designing complex B2B SaaS products for sectors like geoservices, data-heavy platforms, AI applications, no-code/low-code tools, developer-focused software, cybersecurity, AgTech, and Fintech. We offer full-service product design, including UI/UX design for SaaS applications, product redesign, design from scratch, MVP design, and team extension. We don’t develop software or provide standalone logo, landing page, or banner design.

Our design process usually involves a free 3-day trial, user research, information architecture, screen design, developer handoff with UI kits and design systems, and ongoing project support. We’ve completed over 200 projects, published 64+ case studies, and have a 4.9 Clutch rating from over 111 reviews. Clients have secured funding and improved user satisfaction for their SaaS products with our help.

Our philosophy is to prioritize business outcomes. We believe understanding users helps achieve business goals. We stress the importance of both structural information architecture and appealing UI. We see design as an iterative process that needs consistent feedback, rather than a one-time event.

Our core approach has three parts: Talent, Transparency, and Tempo. We hire top-tier designers, give them a three-month UX bootcamp, and ensure senior oversight. Transparency is about direct client-designer communication, bypassing project managers. Tempo means a quick start, with designers readily available and a free trial to get going fast.

We have a distributed team of over 100 employees. Most of our designers are in the GMT+2 timezone, many from Kyiv, Ukraine, and we primarily serve US-based clients.

We support continuous learning through internal educational activities like “Eleken Talks,” lectures, and our corporate library. All designers are in-house. We thoroughly vet them for skills and communication, and they complete a three-month training program to learn our SaaS design standards.
