ennovationHUB is a fast-growing e-commerce retailer specializing in the home and living niche. From our office in downtown Belgrade, we sell premium furniture through localized e-commerce websites in the US, UK, and EU.
We are looking for an AI-Powered Video Creator to join our performance marketing team. This role blends creativity, marketing strategy, and technology — perfect for someone who understands how to create thumb-stopping, data-driven video ads that convert. You’ll use cutting-edge AI tools to design and iterate video creatives that fuel our global growth campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google platforms.
You’ll be based four days a week in our Belgrade office (Monday–Thursday) and work remotely on Fridays, collaborating closely with the creative and marketing teams in London and across Europe.
As our AI-Powered Video Creator, you’ll take the lead in producing and optimizing short-form ad videos that capture attention and drive results. You’ll combine storytelling instincts with performance data to create content that not only looks great but sells.
This is not a traditional designer role — it’s for someone who’s excited about the future of creative production, powered by AI tools like Runway, Pika, Midjourney, and Sora.
Key Responsibilities
Create and test 5–8 new ad video concepts per week for Meta and TikTok
Use AI-powered tools to generate video content, animations, and effects
Craft scroll-stopping hooks and edits based on real campaign data
Research and reverse-engineer top-performing ad creatives in our niche
Collaborate with the marketing team to continuously improve ad performance
Stay up-to-date with the latest AI video and creative trends
Requirements
Proven experience producing video ads for e-commerce or DTC brands
Strong understanding of direct response and conversion-focused marketing
Hands-on experience with AI creative tools (Runway, Pika, Midjourney, etc.)
Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar)
Ability to produce high volumes of creative output quickly and effectively
A portfolio of short-form or ad-style video work (UGC, motion, AI-generated, etc.)
Excellent attention to detail and a data-driven mindset
