Job Description
POSITION TITLE: Principal Associate - IT
Objectives:
The Process Associate supports the Information Technology Endorsement (ITEA) Process Manager to ensure IT processes meet Eurofins’ standards for quality and security. Responsibilities include processing requests, validating submissions, prioritizing tasks, and coordinating with IT stakeholders. The role requires collaboration with IT Security, Group Architecture, and other teams to integrate new technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and accurate handling of ITEA requests.
- Contribute to process and documentation improvements.
- Prepare metrics reports.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure quality and transparency.
- Engage with stakeholders across IT.
Performance Criteria:
- Strong interpersonal and technical communication skills
- Systems thinking and attention to detail
- Quick learner, structured, and self-motivated
- Able to work independently
- Background in IT Service Management/Operations
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
Technical Requirements:
- 4+ years in IT Process Management
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure and concepts
- Excellent Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in science, IT, or engineering
- ITIL Foundation certification preferred
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Experience with large organizations and international teams
