We were founded in 1987 in Nantes, France. Today, we operate a network of over 1,000 independent companies with over 950 laboratories across 60 countries, employing over 65,000 staff. Each year, we perform over 450 million tests, using more than 200,000 analytical methods.

We assess the safety, identity, composition, authenticity, origin, traceability, and purity of biological substances and products. We also provide clinical diagnostic testing. Our services cover bioanalytical, food and feed, environmental, and pharmaceutical testing (including early development, central laboratory, biopharma product testing, and QC). We also work in agrosciences, product testing, genomic services, forensics and applied genetics, and REACH services.

Our Genomics division, with facilities in the United States, Europe, and Asia, employs 600 staff, including over 100 PhDs. We handle everything from DNA and RNA production to analysis for industrial, academic, and governmental clients.

Our Retail Solution Centre helps clients ensure their products, packaging, labeling, and documentation meet regulatory, environmental, and quality standards. We manage product approval and review technical specifications. We also offer Professional Scientific Services (PSS) and grain inspection services, including visual checks and tests for moisture, weight, foreign material, damage, mycotoxin, and falling number, conducted both in labs and offsite. Our IT Solutions India team develops reporting and Business Intelligence solutions using technologies like SSRS, C#, .NET, XML, and JSON, and also works on UI/UX development.
