The Opportunity

As Good Inside expands its support for expecting and new parents, we’re looking for an exceptional storyteller and content leader to shape the vision and voice of Good Inside Baby. From pregnancy through the first year (and a bit beyond), you’ll lead the way in defining our content offering across channels, managing experts, and ensuring that every piece of content reflects the warmth and clarity that defines Good Inside.

This is a chance to work closely with our Founders and Head of Content to build something truly new: support that goes beyond the “how-to” questions and helps millions of parents navigate the messy, identity-shifting experience of having a baby

This role is hybrid and requires 3 days in the office in Mid-Town Manhattan.

What You’ll Own

  • Shape the vision and strategy:  Define what expecting and new parents most need to hear in those first months and years. Build curricula, choose topics, and experiment with formats that meet parents where they are (midnight feeds, stroller walks, scrolling before nap ends).
  • Guide expert talent: Manage and mentor experts, providing thoughtful feedback on scripts, content delivery, and social material.
  • Bring podcasts to life: Partner with our podcast producer to craft episode lists, identify compelling guests, and bring conversations to life.
  • Measure impact: Review engagement and retention metrics and identify opportunities to round out our offering.
  • Grow the expert bench: Scout, evaluate, and onboard new talent—building a trusted, diverse team that reflects the wide spectrum of parenting experiences.

Your Skills & Experience

  • You can’t stop thinking about the new parent / baby space: the early days, the moments no one warns you about, the things new parents most need to hear, and you’re obsessed with creating content that makes parents feel less alone.
  • An exceptional storyteller who knows how to hook an audience and hold their attention—whether through a podcast, a video script, or a single Instagram caption.
  • A skilled talent manager who can provide clear, constructive feedback that elevates others’ voices and delivery.
  • Deeply aligned with the Good Inside brand and values—empathetic, supportive, trustworthy, human, and always seeing the parent behind the parenting.
  • Ideally, you have experience in editing, journalism, or parenting content (magazines, parenting platforms, books). You might even bring your own clinical or subject-matter expertise.
