We offer specific solutions like Control Room Solutions (CAD, contact management, communications, location solutions, and multimedia streaming for Emergency Services), Housing Benefit and Council Tax Reduction solutions, and Power BI reporting embedded in our software products. We also handle human-centered service design, software implementation for government, health, housing, and other public sector clients, and user research. Our IT services are supported by monitoring and cloud technologies such as DataDog, CloudWatch, Terraform, and AWS services. We employ between 1,001 and 5,000 people.
