As the Sr. RAM Manager, you will be responsible for building and leading the global Ramp Acceleration Manager [RAM] team, who are responsible for the success of ramping reps in their first year in post. This role will lead the overall strategy and execution plan of the RAM program, resulting in enhanced rep experience, ramping rep outputs, rep retention and overall revenue.

In this highly visible role, the postholder will play a pivotal role in the next evolution of our new hire sales acceleration playbook, aligned to the updated global onboarding strategy.  You will act as an interlocutor between regional/segment sales leadership and global sales onboarding team, ensuring the curriculum, content and program is calibrated to optimize an outstanding learning journey, and tailored appropriately to the ways of working and tactics employed by various regions and segments.

We are looking for someone who is motivated to play a significant role in how we achieve our sales target and long term sustainable growth.  This is a particularly exciting time to lead this org, which is coming together globally for the first time, along with big evolutions to the onboarding program happening in FY25, and launch of our new sales methodology, The Hubspot Way.

In This Role, You’ll Get To

  • Work with highly engaged sales leaders and incredible GTM cross-functional partners across the globe
  • Lead, coach and develop a powerhouse team of seasoned x-sales professionals who are all committed to scaling excellence through reps
  • Own the strategy and drive the execution for a world-class sales acceleration program and process, resulting in improved ramp for 1st year sellers
  • Act as the ambassador for sales within the GTM Enablement onboarding team, bringing field perspective to the crafting of a new global onboarding program
  • Together with your team, create the sales acceleration playbook, ensuring relevant and impactful curriculum, coaching and application interventions
  • Help to define success metrics and KPIs for successful ramp, and drive accountability across the global sales organization
  • Develop the next generation of diverse HubSpot Sales talent.
  • Make recommendations and consult with sales management around trends, metrics, and key actions.

  • A deep understanding of customer needs to design sales processes which solve for customers first
  • The ability to motivate and align a team to a vision and manage effectively through change
  • Outstanding stakeholder management, diplomacy and communication skills to operate in a matrix organization and facilitate cross-organizational alignment

Cash compensation range: 154000-246000 USD Annually


Pay & Benefits

The cash compensation below includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are tailored to your skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.
