Job Description
We are looking for a colleague, who will join our Legal team, assist with the projects and help us ensure compliance across Company’s operations within the legal function.

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Conducting research and analysis of changes in the legal environment related to the Company’s operations
- Managing corporate housekeeping, including maintaining corporate documentation and coordination of corporate governance processes
- Supporting the implementation of internal policies and procedures, both group-wide and local, in accordance with applicable legal regulations
- Assisting in drafting and reviewing of NDA’s, commercial contracts and correspondence with courts and public administration bodies
- Advising the business team on practical legal and business matters
- Cooperating with regulatory authorities, management, and other stakeholders
- Coordinating matters related to personal data protection (GDPR), including incident reporting, internal communication, and support for compliance procedures
Qualifications
- Degree in Law or final-year Law student (interest in regulatory affairs or compliance is a plus)
- Strong legal research and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Polish
- High attention to detail, with a proactive and responsible approach to assigned tasks
Would be an advantage:
- Interest in energy market regulations, corporate law, or commercial law
- Prior experience or internship at a law firm or in an in-house legal department
