• Intake: We integrate our AI with Content Management Systems (CMS) to review new files, extract facts, verify coverage, and identify case strengths and weaknesses. This helps firms prioritize and track cases.
• Treatment: The platform monitors case progression, looking for missing bills, records, and treatment gaps. It also shows a client’s care timeline in real-time.
• Demand: We quickly draft customized demand letters. Teams can use AI-generated options or enhance documents, with an improved review process for accuracy.
• Negotiation: Our AI assistant provides insights into arguments and potential defense objections to help secure higher settlements.
• Litigation: We prepare litigation documents like mediation briefs, motions, discovery responses, and bills of particulars. It also generates visualized chronologies.
• Executive Analytics: We offer real-time analytics and peer benchmarks to track firm performance, including demand velocity, treatment continuity, and settlement performance.

We process 10,000 personal injury cases weekly and have helped claim over $10 billion in damages. Our platform is associated with a 69% higher chance of hitting policy limits and is trusted by over 2,000 firms.

We were founded in 2019 and have grown to over 500 employees since 2020. We operate with a flexible hybrid model, combining remote work with hubs in San Francisco and Toronto. These hubs host team events, build community, and support relocation for new hires. Our culture is based on continuous improvement, where we encourage challenging assumptions and pushing boundaries. Our teams include Legal, Engineering, Data Science, and Growth, and we focus on building products that predict personal injury case values.
