We created a new category in the legal ecosystem called Integrated Law. We combine Traditional, New, and In-house Law methods to handle complex legal work at scale. We specialize in contract lifecycle management, legal managed services, legal transaction management, solution consulting, repapering, and regulatory remediation.

We help legal teams integrate AI into complex legal work, offering services for AI adoption, deployment, and GenAI contracting transformation.

Our main services include AI Enablement for Legal, where we help legal teams with their GenAI strategies, and AI-integrated contracting, where we use GenAI to speed up contract review, negotiation, and execution for general commercial, procurement, and sector-specific documents. We offer SenseDesk, a legal concierge service that provides access to AI tools. Negotiator, for example, compares contracts and suggests redlines in Microsoft Word. Mosaic helps with high-volume contract review in M&A, crisis events, and compliance.

We also offer Managed Contracting, where we handle specialized legal work and integrate with in-house teams, and Contract Acceleration, which provides AI-enabled operating models for in-house contracting. We have handled over 1 million contracts and completed hundreds of client engagements. Eight of the ten largest global banks are our clients. We operate from New York, Chicago, London, Belfast, and Wroclaw.
