About RealFi:
RealFi is building the next generation of stablecoin infrastructure — a productive, yield-bearing stablecoin (USDr) backed by diversified, institutional-grade private credit.
While first launching on Cardano, RealFi is designed as a cross-chain yield layer, expanding to EVM ecosystems and later Solana, integrating directly with leading DeFi protocols, exchanges, and liquidity venues.
Our mission is to transform stablecoins from idle digital dollars into productive economic infrastructure — safely, transparently, and at scale.
What the role involves:
We are hiring a Go-To-Market Lead to own RealFi’s commercial execution across:
- Strategic partnerships
- Exchange listings & liquidity venues
- Ecosystem activations and integrations
- Capital inflow channels (DeFi + institutional)
This is not a developer relations or engineering management role.
It is a high-judgment commercial role focused on who we partner with, where liquidity lives, and how adoption scales.
You will sit at the intersection of DeFi, TradFi-style capital markets, and protocol distribution.
What You’ll Own
1. Go-To-Market Strategy & Execution
Design and execute RealFi’s GTM strategy from pre-launch through $100M+ TVL
Define priority ecosystems, protocols, and distribution channels across:
- EVM (primary)
- Cardano (launch ecosystem)
- Solana (future expansion)
Sequence launches to maximize liquidity depth, credibility, and capital efficiency
2. Strategic Partnerships
Source, structure, and close partnerships with:
- DeFi protocols (lending, yield, structured products)
- Exchanges (CEX & DEX)
- Market makers and liquidity providers
- Wallets, on-ramps, and institutional access points
Negotiate commercial terms covering:
- Incentives
- Liquidity commitments
- Co-marketing
- Long-term strategic alignment
3. Exchange Listings & Liquidity
Lead USDr and RFG listings strategy across:
- Tier-1 CEXs
- Key DEXs and AMMs
Coordinate closely with:
- Market makers
- Protocol treasury
- Legal/compliance
Ensure healthy liquidity, tight spreads, and sustainable incentives — not mercenary TVL
4. Ecosystem Activations
Design ecosystem activations that drive real usage, not vanity metrics:
- Incentive programs tied to productive behavior
- Strategic co-launches with protocols
- Institutional on-ramps and vault distribution
Work with product and marketing to ensure messaging aligns with risk-aware, yield-seeking capital
5. Capital Formation & Institutional Channels
Support institutional GTM by:
- Identifying allocators, funds, and structured capital partners
- Packaging RealFi products for different risk/liquidity profiles
Translate protocol mechanics into credible capital markets narratives
Who you are:
Required
6–10+ years in Web3, DeFi, or crypto capital markets
Proven experience in EVM ecosystems (Ethereum, L2s, DeFi protocols)
Track record of closing:
- Strategic protocol partnerships
- Exchange listings
- Liquidity or distribution deals
Deep understanding of:
- Stablecoins
- DeFi liquidity mechanics
- Incentive design trade-offs
Strong commercial judgment — you know when not to do a deal
Strong Plus
Experience launching or scaling:
- Stablecoins
- Yield products
- RWAs or private credit protocols
Existing relationships with:
- Tier-1 exchanges
- Market makers
- Major DeFi protocols
Exposure to institutional crypto or TradFi-crypto crossover
Familiarity with Solana ecosystems (helpful, not required)
Prior Cardano exposure (contextual, not required)
