We offer an AI-powered video learning platform that helps businesses and universities create secure, searchable video libraries of their institutional knowledge. Since 2007, we have provided technology for video capture, storage, and search. Our platform is used by Fortune 1000 companies and academic institutions such as GE, Qualcomm, Nike, UCLA, and Yale, serving over 10 million end users and 1,600+ customers.

Our platform includes an AI video creation studio where users can generate content from prompts, PPTs, or notes. We also provide one-touch translation for localizing video content, tools to manage institutional knowledge at scale, and accessibility features like captioning for videos and live streaming. We facilitate on-demand learning through fully indexed video libraries, using OCR and ASR content indexing technology for in-video search.

Our offerings also include Panopto Connect, a customizable external video portal; Panopto Access AI; and Panopto Knowledge Insights. We integrate with various systems, including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Q-SYS, and Open LMS, and support Magewell and Epiphan capture devices. In 2024, we acquired Elai, an AI text-to-video platform.

We have a 98% customer satisfaction rate and 95% customer retention rate, consistently rating over 9.⁶⁄₁₀ for customer satisfaction for six years. We achieve 99.99% service uptime and offer ²⁴⁄₇ support options. We received TX-RAMP Level 2 certification and are available in AWS Marketplace. Panopto is headquartered in Pittsburgh with offices in Seattle, London, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Sydney.
