Job Title: Content Designer
Salary: £28,000- £30,000 per annum
Hours per week: 35
Location: At IOSH, we embrace hybrid working because we believe it’s the key to achieving work-life balance, strategic success and fostering our collaborative culture. You’ll be required to work from our head office in Wigston, Leicester a minimum of 2 days per week. The remainder of your working hours will be undertaken from home.
The successful applicant must have the pre-existing right to both live, and to work in the UK.

About the role Do you love turning ideas into eye-catching visuals and compelling content? We’re looking for a Content Designer to join our Internal Communications team and help shape the way we connect with colleagues.
In this role, you’ll create innovative, user-focused content that brings our internal campaigns to life - think photography, infographics, videos, animations, and more. Your work will make sure our people feel informed, inspired, and valued.
What you’ll bring
- A creative mindset with a passion for design and storytelling.
- Strong technical skills in digital media and content creation.
- The ability to make complex messages clear, accessible, and engaging.
Essential criteria
- Experience producing creative content across multiple formats and channels.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (or similar) and video editing tools.
- Strong copywriting and editing skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
