Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Officer to join our dynamic Private Wealth team in Guernsey. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking company that delivers tailored trust and fiduciary services to a diverse international client base.

In this role, you will play a key part in the day-to-day administration of private client portfolios, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with our internal policies and procedures. You’ll work closely with the Management Team to support a wide range of trust administration activities, contributing to the smooth operation of our services and the continued growth of our business.

What You’ll Do -

  • You’ll collaborate closely with Trainee and Senior Officers to manage day-to-day trust administration tasks across diverse client portfolios
  • You’ll ensure all trust procedures are followed meticulously, maintaining accurate records and delivering timely, high-quality service
  • You’ll attend board meetings, take minutes, and handle client correspondence swiftly to exceed expectations
  • You’ll build strong relationships with clients and intermediaries, helping to retain business and spot opportunities for growth
  • You’ll stay alert to legal responsibilities, escalate due diligence issues, and process payments securely using electronic banking systems.

Qualifications

  • Working towards STEP or other relevant qualification
  • Knowledge of Finance Industry in Guernsey
  • Trust administration experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft packages including Excel, Outlook and Word
