Position Overview:
LinqHaul is seeking a dynamic and strategic-minded individual to join our team as a Strategic
Account Director. This pivotal role will focus on managing and strategically growing high-value
client accounts, with a primary emphasis on REVENUE and client retention. The successful
candidate will play a key role in fostering strong client relationships, identifying growth
opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and strategic
initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and nurture assigned key accounts, providing ongoing support and proactive
engagement to maximize client satisfaction and retention.
2. Develop and execute comprehensive client relationship management strategies to
enhance client engagement and drive business growth.
3. Regularly communicate with key clients to understand their expectations, address
concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
4. Establish and maintain effective communication channels between key clients and internal
departments to ensure smooth collaboration and timely resolution of issues.
5. Recommend and implement improvements to enhance the management of key client
relationships, leveraging insights and feedback gathered from clients.
6. Handle client queries and provide innovative solutions for complex problems,
demonstrating a proactive and customer-centric approach.
7. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling LinqHaul’s products and services to
existing clients, leveraging strong relationships and deep understanding of client needs
and pain points.
8. Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and effectively communicate
value propositions to drive incremental revenue and maximize client lifetime value.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of five years’ experience in strategic account management or a similar role,
preferably in the B2B or logistics industry.
- Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce, to effectively manage client relationships
and track interactions.
- Demonstrated expertise in B2B sales and client relationship management strategies, with
a proven track record of achieving revenue targets and driving business growth.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to build
rapport and credibility with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a
proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
