Our Legal team is a team of attentive professionals who deal with a variety of issues, including privacy, intellectual property, employment, compliance, mergers, and acquisitions. As legal business partners, we ensure the quality and efficiency of the organization.

Main Responsibilities

  • Advise on all aspects of company law, including corporate structure, incorporation, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Support corporate governance activities, including board and committee management, policies, and best practices.
  • Serve as Company Secretary, managing board meetings, preparing minutes, resolutions, and ensuring timely filings and disclosures.
  • Coordinate with local agents and external counsel; ensure timely, accurate filings and cost-effective support.
  • Handle shareholder matters, including share issuances, transfers, capital increases, and dividend distributions.
  • Manage and advise on Employee Share Ownership Plans (ESOPs), including plan design, implementation, and regulatory compliance.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate corporate documents, including intra-group agreements, powers of attorney, and corporate approvals.
  • Support M&A, restructuring, investments, financing and other strategic corporate transactions.
  • Work collaboratively with finance and tax departments on corporate structure optimization, audits, treasury, intercompany arrangements, transfer pricing support and compliance matters.
  • Contribute to internal policy development and risk management initiatives.

Core Requirements

  • Master’s degree in law.5+ years’ experience in corporate law, ideally gained in a top-tier law firm or multinational in-house environment.
  • Strong expertise in corporate governance, company law, and company secretarial matters.
  • Experience managing shareholder relations and equity incentive programs (ESOPs).Familiarity with international corporate structures and cross-border legal considerations.
  • Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and provide practical, business-oriented legal advice.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages a plus).

Salary Range

  • Gross Salary 3400 – 6500 EUR/Month.
