We’re a virtual care platform connecting healthcare providers with patients across Canada. Our goal is to improve access to complex care for underserved communities by combining medical expertise with smart technology.

We offer specialist clinicians, personalized treatment plans, ongoing care, and pharmacy delivery, all integrated into the public healthcare system. Our brands include Freddie, a PrEP provider in North America (Canada and USA); Frida, which helps with adult ADHD diagnosis and treatment; and Foria, providing gender-affirming care and hormone therapy. We also work with Affirming Care Pharmacy for medication shipping. So far, we’ve served over 50,000 patients.

PurposeMed has between 201 and 500 employees, with nearly 200 people working together on the patient experience. This includes over 90 clinicians, as well as care coordinators, engineers, and designers.

The company is remote-friendly, with flexible working arrangements and an office in Calgary. The culture is mission-driven and collaborative, focusing on making a real impact. Teams include clinical, clinical operations, customer experience, marketing, and product, design & engineering (PDE).
