🔍 What You’ll Be Doing
As an Associate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll kick-start your career in recruitment with hands-on experience and expert guidance. You’ll work alongside a supportive team, receive structured training, and have the opportunity to make a real impact from day one.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining relationships with candidates and clients
- Supporting business development through calls, meetings, and networking
- Learning to map your market and stay ahead of industry trends
- Sourcing top talent through headhunting, referrals, and creative recruitment strategies
- Writing engaging job adverts
- Assisting with offer negotiations and managing the recruitment process
✅ What We’re Looking For
- A passion for people and a genuine interest in recruitment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, driven, and resilient attitude
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not essential
