🌟 The Role:
As a Team Manager, you’ll be at the heart of everything we do, driving performance, developing talent, and growing your own book along the way. You’ll manage a team of Associate Consultants through to Principal Consultants and Team Leads, taking full responsibility for their development and success.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing recruitment team across varying levels of experience.
- Set and drive clear goals, KPIs, and team strategy in line with Opus’ ambitious growth plans.
- Manage performance and handle any challenges with fairness and confidence.
- Develop and execute a clear business plan for market growth and team success.
- Personally manage and expand key client and candidate relationships.
- Actively support your team in business development, pitches, and client meetings.
- Collaborate with other Team Managers and senior leadership across the business.
- Represent Opus at industry events and senior-level client meetings.
- Be accountable for your team’s revenue, profitability, and headcount growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices.

- A proven ability to coach, develop, and inspire consultants to hit and exceed targets.
