🌟 The Role:

As a Team Manager, you’ll be at the heart of everything we do, driving performance, developing talent, and growing your own book along the way. You’ll manage a team of Associate Consultants through to Principal Consultants and Team Leads, taking full responsibility for their development and success.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing recruitment team across varying levels of experience.
  • Set and drive clear goals, KPIs, and team strategy in line with Opus’ ambitious growth plans.
  • Manage performance and handle any challenges with fairness and confidence.
  • Develop and execute a clear business plan for market growth and team success.
  • Personally manage and expand key client and candidate relationships.
  • Actively support your team in business development, pitches, and client meetings.
  • Collaborate with other Team Managers and senior leadership across the business.
  • Represent Opus at industry events and senior-level client meetings.
  • Be accountable for your team’s revenue, profitability, and headcount growth.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices.
