Job Description
The Role
The Acquisition Lead leads a team of Sales Executives focused on acquiring new SME accounts through high-volume call outreach. You’ll drive business growth and revenue expansion by developing your team into skilled consultative sellers who deliver tailored solutions and exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Development
Lead, mentor, and coach Sales Executives to build strong client relationships with 90% of team performing at 100%+ target.
Foster a high-performance culture balancing customer advocacy with commercial success
Develop individual development plans and succession planning for 1-2+ internal promotion candidates
Strategic Account Acquisition
Oversee strategic account plans aligned with client challenges and business goals to consistently achieve 100%+ sales targets
Guide team in consultative selling, account expansion, and proactive issue resolution
Regularly generate market insights that allow for immediate pivoting of strategies that deliver measurable impact to organizational objectives
Operational Excellence
Set, monitor, and analyze KPIs for sales performance, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction
Use data-driven insights to improve team performance and implement corrective actions when needed
Develop and implement strategic initiatives that enhance team performance and customer experience
Account Incubation & Stakeholder Management
Manage acquired accounts during initial months, ensuring seamless onboarding and smooth transition to Account Management
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders achieving 90%+ satisfaction ratings
Collaborate with internal teams and communicate business status clearly across all organizational levels
Qualifications
Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- 5-7 years in sales leadership, account management, or business development, with 2-3+ years in managing high-performing sales teams
- Proven track record of consistently achieving 100%+ performance targets and building high-performing, customer-centric teams
- Strategic expertise in designing and executing sales strategies that align with business goals and deliver measurable value
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills with demonstrated success in team development and succession planning
- Data-driven approach using metrics and sales performance insights with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) experience preferred
- Account management experience in managing and incubating new accounts, with focus on exceptional customer service and successful onboarding
- Deep understanding of the Philippine recruitment market and SME business landscape
