Remote position (Onlay for candidates based in Argentina or Uruguay)

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT Systems Administrator to support and enhance one of our clients โ organizationsโ technology infrastructure. This individual will play a key role in managing computer networks, servers, user devices, applications and modern identity platforms, ensuring seamless IT operations across the environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain desktop and mobile device management (MDM) systems for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
- Oversee the deployment, configuration, and monitoring of physical and virtual servers.
- Manage user access, provisioning, and single sign-on (SSO) across various cloud platforms.
- Ensure network availability, performance, and security across local and cloud-based environments.
- Respond to and resolve incidents, service requests, and escalated technical issues.
- Create and maintain system documentation, procedures, and configurations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support SaaS platforms and integrations.
- Automate tasks and improve workflows using scripting (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash).
- Assist in the planning and execution of IT infrastructure projects
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT systems or network administration.
- Demonstrated expertise in at least three of the following platforms:
Google Workspace
Microsoft Office 365
Slack
Zoom
Rippling
Okta
Meraki
Ubiquiti
Genea
Verkada
Wisenet Wave or other VMS platforms
Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Microsoft Azure
- Experience with MDM tools (e.g., Fleet, Kandji, Jamf, Intune, Mosyle, or similar).
- Hands-on experience with SSO and identity providers (Okta, Azure AD, Google IAM, etc.).
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, PowerShell, Bash, etc.).
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills across hardware, software, and network layers.
- Familiarity with automation platforms or infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Familiarity with IT security best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting a hybrid or fully remote workforce.
- Knowledge of ITIL practices and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Zendesk, Freshservice).
