We are looking to grow our revenue engine by hiring a driven, resilient and high-output Account Executive to build and close pipeline across the DACH region.

About the Role

As an Account Executive at Secfix, you’ll own the full sales cycle β€” from prospecting to negotiation and close. You will be at the forefront of scaling our go-to-market motion. Secfix is growing rapidly β€” and we’re just getting started.

This is an opportunity to be one of our first Account Executives. This means that this is a high-impact, quota-carrying role with a direct line to the leadership team. You will play a key role in building Secfix’s brand presence, acquiring new customers, and shaping the sales playbooks that will scale with our growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close

  • Prospect into DACH target accounts to build high-quality pipeline

  • Run discovery calls, shape value propositions, and tailor proposals to decision-makers

  • Negotiate contracts and collaborate cross-functionally

  • Use tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, and Zapier

  • Forecast revenue and report on pipeline health to the CEO and GTM lead

  • Provide a standout buying experience and ensure seamless handovers to Customer Success

  • Feed insights from the market back to GTM and product to shape positioning, messaging, and roadmap

  • Help build our sales playbooks, processes, and systems from the ground up

About You

  • 2–4 years of closing experience in B2B SaaS

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota

  • Strong prospecting skills and the drive to source your own pipeline

  • Ability to communicate complex topics clearly in both German and English

  • Comfortable selling to senior decision-makers and managing multi-stakeholder deals

  • Familiarity with SaaS sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDICC, Challenger) is a plus

  • Familiarity with sales tools (HubSpot, Clay, Zapier, Sales Navigator) is a plus

  • Experience in an early-stage startup environment is a plus

  • Experience selling into regulated industries (e.g. financial services, healthtech, legaltech)

  • Background in management consulting, VC, or other high-stakes environments

  • Academic or extracurricular track record of high achievement (top university, competitive sports, etc.)

  • Strong existing network in the DACH startup or mid-market tech ecosystem

  • Exposure to compliance, information security, or risk management topics
