Role Overview:
We are hiring a Technical Operations Centre Leader to join our team and oversee the day to day operational management of our Planning and Technical Admin teams. The position requires a combination of skills including the ability to communicate effectively across different hierarchy layers of the business, logistical expertise, administrative skills, strong knowledge of planning tool management, and the ability to work under pressure.

Your Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Engage with their team to support and develop their professional development.
- Plan holidays and weekend cover effectively to ensure sufficient resource is always available to mitigate any reduction in service delivery.
- Engage with both internal and external stakeholders as required.
- Produce data and updates to demonstrate the performance of their department.
- Produce data and updates for our clients regarding the services we provide them.
- Strive for continuous improvement of the team.
- Deputise for the Technical Service Leader in their absence.
- Be available to work some weekends across the year on a rota basis.
Day to day management of a Technical Planning Team:
- Opening, logging tickets and closing on Televend
- Managing tickets across the client portals
- Managing invoicing of chargeable works
- Legal compliance certification of the works completed
- Managing PO requests through client portals as required
- Log and close engineer jobs for P&O tasks on Televend
- Ensuring all PPM anniversaries are updated and maintained in Televend so jobs are created in accordance to PPM legislation.
- Ensure all contractual filter changes are updated and maintained in Televend so jobs are created in accordance to client expectations.
- Schedule all other client contractual checks.
- Manage machine movements and schedule in engineer resource in accordance to 10 day RBC reports.
- Allocate engineer resource for site survey requests
Day to day management of a Technical Admin Team:
Opening, logging tickets and closing on Televend
Managing tickets across the client portals
Managing invoicing of chargeable works
Legal compliance certification of the works completed
Managing PO requests through client portals as required
Log and close engineer jobs for P&O tasks on Televend
Proven experience in team management in a complex and dynamic setting.
Experience in the vending, FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods), or similar industries is advantageous.
Ability to coordinate and manage schedules.
Excellent communication skills including to ability to draft documents show proactiveness in resolving problems
