Your Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to CSR strategy by creating new initiatives and supporting global teams in executing their action plans and tracking KPIs.
- Assist in drafting our annual CSR Report and contribute to EcoVadis and EthiFinance evaluations.
- Promote CSR across global teams using engagement platforms such as Sociabble to inform and educate employees.
- Stay ahead of regulatory and market trends by continuously monitoring developments in CSR, ESG, and CSRD.
About You:
- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in business, engineering, or related field, ideally with a focus on CSR or sustainability.
- Strong project management, analytical, and writing skills.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
