We develop applications for customers around the world. Our products include Jira Cloud apps built on Atlassian Forge and a Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solution. We also run Appfire Flow, an engineering intelligence platform that uses data to provide insights across the DevOps stack, helping teams improve shipping and business alignment.

Our work involves leading product initiatives, managing hiring, overseeing engineering teams, and shaping product and platform architecture. We operate as a remote-first company with flexible work arrangements.

• A home office allowance (e.g., 200 PLN/month or 50€ gross/month for 11 months)

Employees can access our Appfire University learning platform and English language courses. Time off includes 25-26 days of paid annual leave, additional Wellness Days each month, reduced summer hours (6 hours daily from July to August), and a flexible bank holiday policy.
