Sleed, a digital marketing agency with more than 10 years of field experience and a strategic partner of Google, Meta & TikTok, is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join its dynamic Creative Department team.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in managing client relationships, overseeing campaigns, and ensuring smooth project execution. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact between the agency and clients
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships
Oversee the end-to-end execution of advertising campaigns, from briefing to delivery
Collaborate with creative, media, digital, and production teams to ensure projects meet deadlines and client expectations
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
Handle client presentations, reporting, and status meetings effectively
Min. 3 years of experience in account management within an advertising or marketing agency
Excellent knowledge of digital marketing with a focus on Paid Media (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
Strong understanding of 360° marketing campaigns, including ATL, BTL, and digital
Communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage projects in a fast-paced environment
Experience in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
A team player with a problem-solving attitude and a proactive approach
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field would be appreciated
