KOL Business Development Manager

We already have a strong global KOL network — now we’re looking for a KOL Business Development Manager who can take it further, deepen partnerships, and activate trading communities worldwide. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, have a proven KOL track record, and love forging long-term relationships, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

Partnership Development

  • Leverage our existing KOL network to expand global reach and strengthen high-value partnerships.

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to identify, approach, and secure profitable collaborations.

  • Negotiate, close, and manage contracts that deliver measurable outcomes.

Growth & Volume Expansion

  • Activate and optimize our current KOL relationships to drive trading volume growth.

  • Design, manage, and support KOL campaigns that engage communities and increase platform activity.

Market Research & Alpha Scouting

  • Track trends across Web3, DeFi, and trading communities to uncover fresh opportunities.

  • Translate insights into strategies for impactful partnerships.

Relationship Building

  • Build on our established trust with KOLs by nurturing long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.

  • Support ongoing collaborations to maximize outcomes and ensure alignment with our brand.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven track record as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role.

  • Established KOL network with experience leveraging it to deliver measurable results.

  • Prior experience working with existing KOL ecosystems and scaling them further.

  • Experience in channel development, market expansion, or community growth.

  • Strong understanding of crypto markets and ecosystems (preferred).

  • Proficiency in English (required).

  • Fluency in one or more of the following is highly valued: Russian, Korean, Chinese.
