We were founded in 2018 and operate in the computer games industry. We provide infrastructure and platforms that support game development, growth, and digital ownership for players and developers. Our full-stack product suite covers everything from game creation to player engagement.

Our products include the Immutable Play Platform for game discovery and player engagement, and Immutable Audience Builder, which helps game studios with growth and launch strategies. We also offer the Immutable Passport, a global gaming wallet currently used by over 6 million people. Our infrastructure converts anonymous users into engaged players by establishing Unified Audience Profiles, which allow us to identify and retarget high-value players and maximize revenue at launch. This includes tools for creating a United Player Identity from various traffic sources, an engagement platform with AI-powered quests and retention tools, audience tracking, and strategies to maximize player lifetime value.

We support over 700 funded games and have attracted over $2 billion in funding for games on our platform. We also guide game studios through technical integrations with Passport, APIs, and smart contracts, especially for growth in regions like Korea.

We offer globally competitive base salaries and employee stock options (ESOP) so you can participate in our success. We support a flexible working model. Our Sydney office has a hybrid schedule; we provide daily lunches and encourage employees to come in three days a week. Global remote options are also available. Remote employees receive $75 USD per quarter for local team celebrations.

For home office setups, we provide a $500 USD WFH allowance and $600 USD per year for internet and phone usage. We support learning and development with up to $1,350 USD per year for classes, courses, or events, plus free access to online courses via Udemy. Health and wellbeing benefits include $800 USD per year, ²⁴⁄₇ unlimited counseling for employees and their families through an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), a monthly ClassPass subsidy, and a one-year free membership to Breethe.

Parental leave includes 12 weeks of paid leave for new parents, with an additional 6 weeks for the birthing parent. We also offer leave for miscarriage and IVF. You receive two additional paid annual leave days at year-end and a paid day off for your birthday.
