About SpringWorks Therapeutics
We are a commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company, founded in 2017, focusing on developing and commercializing precision medicines for rare tumors and devastating cancers. We are part of Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany.
We have developed and commercialized OGSIVEO® (nirogacestat), an FDA and EC approved medicine for adults with desmoid tumors. We also developed EZMEKLY® (mirdametinib), an FDA and EC conditionally approved medicine for adult and pediatric patients with neurofibromatosis type 1 associated plexiform neurofibromas (NF1-PN).
Our research includes evaluating nirogacestat, a gamma secretase inhibitor, in B-cell maturation agent (BCMA) combination therapy regimens for multiple myeloma, in partnership with industry and academic groups. We have offices in Stamford, CT; Durham, NC; Zug, Switzerland; and Munich, Germany.
Mission & Values
Our mission is to improve and extend the lives of people with severe rare diseases and devastating cancers. We believe in the power of science to create new possibilities for patients.
Our core values guide our work:
- Care Hard: We relentlessly care for patients by developing solutions.
- Ambition Without Ego: We focus on advancing promising science for patients, without personal pride.
- Think Deeply, Act Quickly: We balance thoughtful decision-making with urgency for patients, while upholding ethics and integrity.
- Good Enough is Never Enough: We continuously improve to better serve patients and families.
- In It Together: We operate as one team, committed to our coworkers, partners, and patients.
Team & Culture
We are a team of about 200-500 employees. Our culture is built on passion, tenacity, and urgency, driven by the scientific breakthroughs we hope to achieve for patients. We value authenticity and believe that diverse backgrounds, cultures, styles, and abilities help us find better solutions for people with rare tumors.
We encourage our team members to think deeply, care intensely, and act quickly. This fosters an environment where individuals are thoughtful and comprehensive, yet always driven by patient needs. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) is fundamental to our organization, supported by Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).
Collaboration is key, both within our internal teams and with our industry and academic partners. While many roles offer hybrid work requiring some onsite presence, we also have remote positions with occasional office travel, such as our Director of Commercial Operations, Market Access.
Benefits & Perks
We offer annual bonuses based on individual and company performance. We also provide comprehensive employee benefits. Some roles come with remote or hybrid work flexibility.
