As an Advertising Account Management Assistant on the Enterprise Account Management Team in our Beijing/Shenzhen office, you’ll play a vital role in supporting account managers who oversee our advertisers in the Greater China Market. We are looking for someone who is passionate about content, is detail-oriented and is ready to hit the ground running at an exciting, growing company; and, join our Advertising Account Management team
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- Have some experience in customer support role or similar
- Have the ability to multitask, and handle a high volume of requests and inquiries via email
- Have excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Are a strong communicator both Chinese and English (written and verbal)
- Have the ability to learn and collaborate with the China team & the global team
- Are capable of keeping cool in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Have a true passion for and developing knowledge of digital marketing and ad-tech
- Have an entrepreneurial spirit
How you’ll make an impact:
As an Advertising Account Management Assistant, you’ll bring value by:
- Assist account managers with administrative tasks, billing, reporting, translation, campaign targeting, creative content review
- Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate timely communication
- Troubleshoot, escalate, and help resolve issues
- Support account managers so they can educate, provide insights, and highlight opportunities to grow accounts
