About the Role

In this role you will operate at the intersection of finance and technology, working with internal teams and external consultants to analyze and optimize business processes within the Trendyol Group. You will support and lead S/4HANA Finance transformation initiatives—including Central Finance—by designing, configuring, and integrating SAP FI/CO solutions. Taking ownership of end-to-end SAP project activities, you will manage scoping, planning, scheduling, change requests, and stakeholder communication while applying Agile practices. Additionally, you will contribute to proposal development, ensure adherence to SAP best practices and governance standards, and identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the effective use of SAP systems.

Responsibilities

  • Working with internal teams and external consultants at the interface between finance and technology, including the analysis of Trendyol Group’s processes and procedures,
  • Delivery of S/4HANA enabled transformation programs and specializing in S/4HANA Finance including central finance,
  • Designing and configuring of SAP FICO solutions and integration aspects,
  • You are responsible for the development and implementation of innovative solutions as part of a comprehensive consulting service,
  • As well as identifying potential consulting mandates and developing proposals you will be involved in the project planning and order evaluation process,
  • You are also responsible for the independent management of the individual project phases,
  • Demonstrable experience of Agile working practices on an SAP implementation, along with planning of activities during the project.
  • Leading end-to-end SAP project lifecycle including scoping, scheduling, resource planning, budget control and risk management.
  • Managing change requests, facilitating decision-making sessions, and ensuring effective communication across all project stakeholders.
  • Ensuring that SAP best practices, template standards and governance frameworks are applied consistently across the implementation.
  • Identifying process improvement opportunities and optimizing the use of SAP systems

Expected Qualifications

  • Have a degree in computer science, economics, or comparable field of study,
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role,
  • Configuration knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA Core FI (GL/AR/AP), CO (CCA, PA, OM, PC, PCA) Tax and Legal reporting, Bank Acc. Management, IFRS Reporting, New Asset Accounting, IFRS 16 on RE-FX, Consolidation, Intercompany Matching and Reconciliation (ICMR), Financial Closing Cockpit (FCC), SAC Reporting, SAC Planning,
  • Integration knowledge of the modules MM and SD is advantageous,
  • Hands-on experience in activating and configuring standard SAP Fiori applications,
  • Good understanding of the Fiori Launchpad, user roles, and authorization concepts,
  • Basic knowledge of SAP UI5, OData services, and the Gateway framework is a plus,
  • Hands on experience (customizing/implementing),
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) working with stakeholders and development teams,
  • Time management skills are a must; as well as the ability to be flexible and creative,
  • SAP Certification would be a bonus,
  • Independent, customer and solution-oriented,
  • Strong analytical skills would be beneficial.
